Big Change is a small but disruptive force for positive change, working with partners to see a society where every young person is set up to thrive in life, not just exams. We back pioneers and projects that deliver bold approaches on the frontline. We create a community to support them, and we activate a global network who want to reimagine and transform education. 

This work has never been more urgent. The impact of the coronavirus crisis on young people has been severe and profound, and the crisis has exposed vast inequalities in how we support all young people to thrive. Currently, the educational attainment gap between disadvantaged pupils and non-disadvantaged pupils will take over 500 years to close. It is time for big change.
